- We recommend counseling sessions via Zoom or telephone. Appointments in presence are possible by prior arrangement. As the minimum distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained, the obligation to wear an FFP2 mask still exists (see "temporary mask requirement").

- You can always reach our hotline from Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at 0921/55-4433.
- Our Open Zoom consultation hour takes place on Wednesday afternoons from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. (Important information: The Zoom consultation is cancelled during simultaneous digital information events !)
- Visit our Open Office hours at the university for a brief initial clarification of your concerns. During the lecture period, the open office hours take place Tuesday to Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. You can find the respective contact person on the notice on room 1.92 - Central University Administration. (Important note: Due to the semester break, the open office hours will not take place in March 2023.)
